However, the absence of basic kitchen utensils (such as cutlery and cookware) limited the usability of these amenities. Additionally, a $100 security deposit was required. Although this is outlined in the property’s policies, it is significantly higher than the industry norm (typically $15–$25). I recommend that guests verify the deposit amount prior to booking. While the deposit is refundable after checkout, this requirement caused some inconvenience. In my case, the charge was ultimately waived after contacting customer service."

"I woke up to ants in my bed, refrigerator and night stand. I was very disappointed as I only needed the room for a layover as a driver. I had to throw my food out and was just very disgusted by this property."

"Great location. Nice hotel. Great square footage in suites with a very large bath tub. Enjoyed the stay. Hotel in general could use maintenance and updating, but decor is classic."

"The front desk staff were a bit overwhelmed at the # of people checking in ( at 4:00)- the actual check in time. Staff were nice and helpful. The room was clean and beds very comfortable. Towels were quite plush. The property feels slightly dated but overall just fine!"
