"No AC and room was so hot, no lift and had a heavy suitcase and lots of stairs, room service menu limited, missing items that I had to ask for. Room furniture old and dated, bad smell when you opened your room door. Would not stay again."

"Amazing property, located just 5 mins walk from the Ipswich Railway Station. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, delicious breakfast and an amazing breakfast."

"All Good, very reasonable prices, I recommend customers leave luggage in car until checked in, as accommodation is on opposite side of car park, no complaints, very nice staff, and accommodation presentable, very good food and drink choices, IMPORTANT-- the room key (card) is also used to enter the accommodation block as well as your room. "The pub itself was lovely and welcoming, check in was easy, however there were a few things that i personally consider needs addressing The restaurant doesn’t start serving food for guests until 6.30 pm and when you have been on business all day i just wanted to relax with some nice food and a glass of wine, the reception told me the chip shop was open, that is where i went. The room on arrival was very cold as the radiator was not on, blinds in the bathroom did not close and the towel rail was very dirty, the netflix channel was stuck on a foreign language so couldn’t access or add my account, please also consider removing the green light that stays on all night inside the room by the door, it was very difficult to block it out, however breakfast was amazing "
