"I had never been to Vancouver and was attracted by the design and look of this hotel. Free transportation from the airport was a plus and our driver was sensational and polite. My husband left his cell phone in the van and he returned it to the hotel immediately. We were so grateful for all the staff who assisted us when we arrived. They even safely stored our luggage until check in time. It is an older hotel and could use some upgrades, but all in all, the staff was nice, the water was hot and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Thank you all."
