Thomas at the Front Desk was great and friendly! Jeannette in the dining room was very attentive to my requests. The Bartender was fast and attentive as well, even through the rush of patrons! Hyatt Place Richmond/Arboretum
Room was setup nicely and very clean. Every staff member was kind and answered any questions we had. Parking was easy and plentiful. Breakfast was good also. The one issue was that the kitchen wasnt open due to it being christmas day, but understandable due to low occupancy.
