"Check in was easy, it is a $150 deposite. The parking is ridiculously high but it’s San Francisco so you can’t be surprised. The room was clean. The hotel itself was clean and nice. We would definitely stay again!"

"The STAFF!! So friendly, chipper, smiley, warm - the bellhops/valets, in particular, all seemed to love their work and their jobs and get along so well with one another. Their enthusiasm was palpable! I travel over 150 days/year for business and I can’t remember the last time I saw a more jovial team. Bravo! Housekeeping was also very friendly. "

"Rooms are clean, staff are friendly, initially issues with the room was rectify quickly and smoothly. Even provided a spare room whilst my original room was being sorted."

"I like hotels that provide free water and coffee. Easy parking at a nearby parking lot, short walk to the Embarcadero to watch the NYE fireworks. At night it was a little loud (cars and other vehicles). "

"Tremendous property. Zoe in the main lobby bar was outstanding. Great service knowledgeable of the local community. Bull Sutton - the concierge - is a legend. So glad we met him and got great recommendations for restaurants. He is a gem and every hotel should have one like him. A star. The bar and room were great. Amazing view. Also the Club Room, while on a lower floor, great staff and selections throughout the day. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Hot and clean. The location is amazing with so much to walk to. Chinatown. Union Square. You are a short walk. Plus free charging for your car. What’s not to love? My favorite place to stay in SF. Just wish I got the corner room they offered but then sold out. Next time! Bring your bathing suit. The indoor hot tub is the best. The bell staff were very helpful and friendly as well. Loved it. 5 stars. "
