"A minha estadia dentro dos contratempos da casa teve, correu bem. Um hotel considerado quatro estrelas no quarto não avia uma garrafinha de água um quarto com bastante espaço não tinha uma secretária para o computador mas também não tinha Wi-Fi no hotel o colchão era muito duro a roupa de cama essa era boa. Passado pouco tempo de dar entrada liguei a televisão vai a luz abaixo fomos à entrada conseguiram arranjar nesse noite no dia seguinte acontece o mesmo mandão desligar um botão no quadro...

"Everything about this hotel was incredible!! The room, the staff, the atmosphere.....top notch!! They offer many GF options, which I was thankful for!! We also booked the wine blending experience, which was a must do!! Our guide, Sofia, was knowledgeable and super friendly! The stafff were incredibly efficient and always so kind. I did book a massage at their spa, and that would be my only complaint...it wasn't relaxing, so I didn't really enjoy it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel!!"

It is a perfect place to relax, disconnect from the stress of everyday life, and enjoy the beautiful landscapes and local culture. Everything about my stay was very positive, and I truly appreciated the hospitality and attention to detail. The staff made me feel at home and were always ready to help whenever needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boticas. Whether you are traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, it is a great choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. "The room was clean and large with a nice deck, unfortunately a hammock took up the entire deck. Our dog was welcome at this hotel. We were under the impression there was a bar/lounge, snack bar or deli and room service. All we could find was a fridge with drinks that you wrote down what you took. There is a restaurant 450 meters down the hill, we ended up driving to the grocery store. Lovely place, but we were expecting more."
