"Old hotel which could use some modernization. The rooms on the ground floor had a nice little terrace but if the doors slammed in the corridor the room would shake. Plus, we had a neighbour who smoked cigars outside our window, so made the room smell. The team moved us to a great quiet room, which was appreciated."

"The perfect hotel for a quick stop in Carcassonne. Very convenient location across the bridge from the village walls. The staff was very helpful and kind from the moment we arrived until we checked-out. Handy with the private parking around the corner of the hotel, but remember to reserve a spot in advance as it is small. We booked the panoramic suite which was large, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The hotel also has a pool and restaurant on site, but we did not use these during our stay. The garden area outside is also beautiful and well kept. We would absolutely come back to this property upon our next visit to Carcassonne."

"The hotel was not within walking distance to the medieval city, but the room was clean and spacious. There is plenty of free parking and a wonderful mall just across the street. The woman at reception was very helpful."

"Chambres vieillottes, salle de bain extrêmement compacte. Je fait 5’3” et mes jambes passent juste entre le lavabos et bol de toilette. Attention les longues jambes! Tapis partout et odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Le + tout à côté de la forteresse 2 minutes à pieds. Très jolie terrasse avec vue sur la forteresse. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et serviable. Stationnement disponible à l’hôtel avec code d’accès. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et on vient vous le servir à votre table."
