"Great staff made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. Room great although did get warm and no air-conditioning but a fan was provided without asking. Resturant and bar staff really friendly. Great location for theatre"

"Stayed four nights at Iris hotel with my 6 year old twin grandsons. Room was fine clean and tidy only thing short was a plug for the bath but not a big problem was a shower too. Ideal location close to all attractions. The breakfast was buffet style continental. I do not always eat breakfast but suited the boys they had cereal, toast or pancakes. We were at the back of the hotel it was quiet at night. Saw 2 of the front sea view rooms they were big and great views and looked very nice."

"We had a great stay at Novotel, Paddington age. The room and hotel were very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent, with the town centre just a pleasant 15-minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."
