"I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, my experience was just average — I would rate it around 3 stars. I was actually expecting much more because the interior of the hotel looks amazing and very well-designed, which initially gave a great impression. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t quite match the aesthetics. There were a few basic amenities missing that made the stay less comfortable than expected. For example, there was no drinking water provided in the room, which is something I usually consider standard. The hotel also didn’t provide slippers, which was a bit inconvenient. Cleanliness could definitely be improved. The bed sheets had visible stains, which was disappointing and not what you’d expect for the price. Breakfast was another letdown. While it was available, it didn’t feel worth the $40 per person price tag — the selection and quality didn’t match the cost. Overall, the hotel is okay for a short stay, but there are several areas that need improvement to justify the price and provide a better guest experience."

"The bathroom floor was not clean it was dirty and sticky. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was not that great, I expected more options. Compared to other hotel breakfast I felt the options were less for vegiterians."

"Th air conditioner didn’t work and spent the weekend in an 80 degree room. Maintenance came and after an hour working on it they said the motor was bad. I’ve been trying to contact the front desk all day but that seems to be impossible. I will never stay here again. I’ll go back to my normal hotel in ATL the Hilton Inn. "

"The location was great in terms of walking to/from entertainment venues. In addition, the room was nice, the entire building was clean, and the roof top bar was so fun. "

"The Peachtree Hotel Midtown had all the makings of a very nice hotel, but a few issues just kept it from reaching its potential. Positives: The price and location, especially if you're visiting Georgia Tech or downtown Atlanta, is hard to beat. It was about half the price of most other Midtown hotels. It's got a beautiful lobby, big ballrooms, a restaurant, gym, coffee shop, etc. And the front desk staff was very nice. Negatives: Stains on the hallway carpeting, dirty box spring, clogged sink, regular smell of pot in the area, 4th floor outdoor pool and deck were not operational, and an interesting collection of guests was gathered in the lobby late one night. Also, I'd recommend a noise machine or ear plugs, as the racing engines up 75 in the middle of the night can really affect your sleep. "

"We stay here regularly because of the staff, restaurants, and location. However, the room conditions have been noticeably degrading over the last few stays. Floors are showing signs of heavy wear, mini-fridges are old, some bath fixtures are in need of an upgrade. We will continue to stay here, but I think an upgrade in certain areas is necessary."

"The hotel entrance was decent, but my experience went downhill during check-in. I traveled for a volleyball tournament I had to switch rooms because the first one smelled strongly of mold, like wet rug. And my dtr quickly responded with her allergies The amenities are outdated and need improvement. The bed had a large stain on the side, and the bathroom also needs updating. The AC unit mount appeared worn and in need of repair. There was no proper space to open luggage, which forced me to place my belongings on the floor—something I prefer to avoid. I even had to use the ironing board as a makeshift surface, but it was heavily stained. The blackout curtains and shower curtains needs immediate attention!!!!!! Most of the outlets (about 90%) were not working, so I had to charge my phone using the outlet behind the television. Additionally, there weren’t enough towels or washcloths provided. The iron was also unusable, and the ironing board was in poor condition. The café downstairs appeared to be more for display than actual use, as it was never open during my stay. There were also no nearby grocery stores or food options, forcing me to rely on Uber or DoorDash for meals. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. "
