"The pool was closed. The deck area has wonderful views and nice seating. However the deck itself is in need of maintenance/repairs. The deck boards are severely warped and cupped creating potential trip hazards, nail heads are exposed。 The room was spacious and clean. The balcony offered good views as well. You can't beat the location. Would stay again despite the short comings."

"Our stay was perfect. The room was cute and clean. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. I loved this place! Make sure if you want a room with a view you get a balcony room. A patio room with a view does not reveal much of the ocean."

"Very helpful and gracious staff. The 1661 properties include many separate inns and beautiful grounds. Loved seeing the impressive Farm across the way, with the various animals. Good place to base your exploration of the island. The breakfast was delicious and expansive!"

"A great no-nonsense place to stop for the night. The desk chair at the desk looked like someone had had an accident in it or a sexual encounter, so it needs to be replaced. Otherwise very clean."
