"Check in and staff were very friendly. The room was clean. Towels has some minor stains but we're fine. The room temperature controls were awful. Heat set to 61 and it was way to hot but cool set to 80 was way too cold. The hotel was a little maze like but that made it fun and interesting. The pool area was very open, a little dark but fine for the kids to play. Overall a great hotel for a hockey tournament and would recommend. "

"It's a pretty old place, reasonably clean and maintained. The air conditioner was terribly noisy so we didn't run it much, which may be why the room felt 'muggy' and the carpet seemed slightly damp to bare feet. The shower flow was barely adequate. The pool looked nice but we didn't have suits with us. There was only housekeeping staff two out of three days."

"Happy accident getting a room for a night when my car died in Rhinelander. Staff couldn't be more welcoming and friendly. Coffee shop and supper club in resort, so not having car was no problem. Shopped for hodags at the cute gift shop and just relaxed with a view of the lawn, trees and shore of the lake. Reliable wifi so I could get some work done too.
