"We stayed at a room with type "Classic Suite, Private Bathroom" for one night in July. The room is too small for 4 people. Smell coming out from shower sink. The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. "Great staff. Very friendly and helpful. Nice little bar in the lobby. Breakfast is available for a charge, but it it is good in a nice setting. Close to sightseeing and shopping. "

"Good sized room in a good location. Only one elevator was working which resulted in some lengthy delays getting to and from the upper levels. More than once during my two week stay I was left with 2 hand towels and no bath towel. Otherwise the stay was great. There's free travel on the Mannheim public transport included it you join their rewards program."
