"Disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received during my recent stay at Thanda Manzi. Despite my expectations of a comfortable and welcoming experience, I was subjected to unacceptable behavior from the hotel staff at night yesterday at 21h40 when I was sleeping. "The staff was great, the safari, especially being able to touch the animals, the room was excellent and I enjoyed the Wild at Heart buildings. The only bad thing was the lack of electricity. We are spoiled with that."

"The service by restaurant staff was wonderful and the food was good. Our dinner however was impacted by a very rowdy group which spoilt what was intended to be a romantic dinner to celebrate my husbands birthday. The place is clean. Lights leading from room to restaurant would be helpful - very dark for a walk if you choose not to call for a cart. Our stay was ok but I don't feel that there I got real value for money and i certainly didn't feel that I got the special experience I was hoping...

"The place was clean. The staff were friendly. Swimming pool clean. I love the fact that there are trees all over the place. Tiny monkey stole our bananas inside the chalet 😂😂, keep your doors closed."
