"The hotel itself is beautiful but the staff were amazing! They were all so friendly and helpful in every aspect with helping with our very heavy luggage to booking dinner reservations for us. The location is fantastic for restaurants, shopping, and an evening walk along the waterfront. Would definitely stay again!"

"Super easy stopover, only one stop on the S-Bahn (the suburban commuter train) from Terminal 1. My flight was delayed and I was able to leave my bag at the hotel and go into Frankfurt to explore. Comfy beds, soundproof windows. Good value and I felt safe as a solo female traveler."
