For the price in Reykjavík, the place was decent. We just didn’t like the sulphur smell in the apartment. Our place was on top of Icewear mart store so it was noisy in the morning with tourists and night goers. However, the place is in close walking distance to most places want to visit. Besides the smell in the apartment, I would recommend because of the price and fast communication from the host. They respond promptly with any questions you may have. Also, two of our hair dryers didn’t work so they replaced it promptly.

I only gave 3 star for value if property mostly because I was there at solar eclipse time and all hotels were crazy expensive - probably at any other time to visit, would be good value for money - is in an excellent location and suited us very well

Great location, on busy pedestrian street with all amenities close by, yet quiet and peaceful inside the apartment. There was a leak in the bathroom but the hosts got it fixed quickly and communicated promptly and efficiently in a friendly manner, even though it was a weekend. Would definitely stay again.
