During my stay, I noticed the presence of cockroaches both in the bathroom and inside the room, . This situation was extremely unpleasant and uncomfortable. It raised serious concerns about cleanliness, health, and sanitary conditions, and it negatively affected my overall experience as a guest. I believe that situations like this should not occur in a hotel room intended for guests, as customers expect a clean, safe, and properly maintained environment. Through this letter, I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that the necessary measures be taken to improve hygiene and pest control within the hotel facilities. "Breakfast was good, decent variety of fruits, yogurt, cereal, waffles. I did have some minor issues with the room I was in (ac programming issue, smell in bathroom). I was pretty unhappy with my room after these problems, but the nice girl at the front desk moved me to a much nicer room. They do a good job keeping things clean. The staff was very attentive and did everything they could to make my stay better and I truly appreciated that. Go for the apartment if you want a much nicer room with better AC, screened patio. Overall it was a nice experience and I will go back. I’d say this is a decent value given the price. The staff really were excellent and they were working constantly, always busy. "

"The hotel has a lot to offer. It is a resort. Loved the beach, pool , the room and restaurant. The shuttle service was a plus! Greg the bartender at pool bar was awesome! Only negative I can say are low water flow in bathroom and weak WiFi signal. Which they are not game changers at all. Would definitely go back"

"Estoy tan feliz con este hotel y su gran equipo. He ido a muchos hoteles y puedo decir que ninguno lo supera. La primera noche no enfrió el aire acondicionado y al siguiente día lo comentamos con la recepción cuando llegamos de la playa y hay mismo nos resolvieron y nos movieron de habitación. Es un lugar que regresaré muy pronto. Nos sentimos súper cómodos. Un lugar extremadamente limpio. Si personal muy amigable y profesional. La atención en este hotel el VIP para todos los huéspedes. No tengo una sola cosa negativa que decir. Quedamos muy felices con nuestro viaje a Náples. Sin duda es el mejor lugar para quedarse en esa ciudad. "
