"We arrived at midnight and were told the airport shuttle ran 24/7, but it did not show after waiting a long time.
Trying to reach an actual person at our hotel to ask about the shuttle was impossible. No local phone # is provided on the web, and all you get is an automated line that did not answer our questions correctly. It provided a hotel # for Dallas 1st, then one for DC Capital Hill. We were trying to reach the Dulles Regency. We ended up taking a taxi.

FYI there is paid parking for guests in the attached parking garage by hour.
