"At the time we arrived the resort agent at the check-in, Geicha, was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. She provided the most suitable room for my family. Furthermore, before arrival, she had already booked all restaurant reservations for us. Superior customer service!"

"For such a large 1300 room resort the access to pool and beach chairs was good. Room was clean and food was plenty but mostly buffet. Wish there was more table service at the specialty restaurants."

"Overall, I’d rate my stay an 8/10. The food was genuinely good. I didn’t get a chance to try the Asian restaurants, but I did visit the Italian and steakhouse restaurants, both were enjoyable and worth it. There were a few downsides. On the first night, our shower flooded. We had to call twice, but it was eventually resolved. A small portion of the staff (around 5%) did not seem equally welcoming to all guests, which was disappointing to experience. That said, the vast majority (about 95%) of the staff were warm and friendly, especially the buffet team, who stood out. Another issue was the sewage smell that occasionally came from the bathrooms in different areas of the property, including our room. Also, on two consecutive nights, housekeeping placed clean sheets that had visible stains. After reporting it, the issue was fixed right away. On the positive side, the spa was excellent. I booked the anti stress package and really enjoyed it, my only complaint is that the halotherapy session felt too short. The resort itself was very clean, the pools were great, and the beach was beautiful. On our last day, the beach server was especially attentive and made us feel very welcome. The nighttime entertainment on both the family and adult sides was also enjoyable. Overall, no place is perfect, but this was a solid stay. I do think there is room for improvement in ensuring all staff treat guests with the same level of fairness and respect."

"Our family enjoyed the stay at ocean blue and sand resort. Our room was close to the pool and beach, and transportation to the lobby & restaurants was convenient. Experience at the buffet was average (service and food), preferred the other dinner restaurants but they generally had a long wait list. Japanese restaurant was great!"

"When I first arrived at the resort, it was a little underwhelming. Although the scenery was beautiful, it wasn’t much. I was greeted with a frozen cocktail and the staff was really welcoming. My room was not ready upon arrival and I had to wait about an hour to get a room. I was “upgraded” but once I arrived in the room, I realized the air conditioner did not work. I made a maintenance request in the app and someone came immediately to look at it. He said that he will be back because he needed more tools and he never came back for the rest of the day. The following day, I went back and told them that my air conditioner did not work and I need it replaced. They said that they will send someone. I went on two separate occasions and they never did. Third day comes around and I have an excursion so I’m gone all day, I asked my friend to go and let them know that no one still came. By the time it was time to check out the air conditioner did not work the entire duration of the trip and I was very uncomfortable. On a brighter note the food was good, but I definitely do not recommend staying here. If you do not have kids everything was pretty much catered to family fun which is understandable but would not book here again."

"Absolutely lovely property. Great amenities, engaging and friendly staff, lots to do. Food choices were ample. Just know you have to make reservations for any restaurant that's not a buffet and there's only one person empowered to do that for the entire resort, so it takes time. Also there is a lot of push to upsell for add-ons. Otherwise a very pleasant trip "

"Overall very average experience. The best part was the ambassador Francia. If it wasn’t for her I don’t think I would’ve had a good time. She was wonderful. The food was average to sub par besides a few dedicated restaurants. The variety was also only at the restaurants and reservations was a headache to do so. Staff was pretty friendly overall but occasional issues. The place was clean minus some hard to spot areas. Definitely should’ve had more things included with the package. Also the pool closing before 7 was a bummer."
