"Staff outshined. I just had surgery, they met me with a wheelchair to take me to my room and took me from my room back to our vehicle when we checked out. Something so small meant so much."

"Parking was a problem…had to circle the lot a lot to find a space…seems that you are competing with casino visitors for hotel parking spaces.. the only other issue I had was the toilet size..So small that it was uncomfortable to use..especially for a man. I will say the place was very clean and comfortable otherwise but, no pun intended a comfortable toilet is important."

"Very unhappy with my stay. They have machines to check in. 1st machine wouldn't read my ID. 2nd machine wouldn't take my debit card. Had to go to dest to check in. Got to hetel 1 hour early. Was charged $10 + tax for early check in. Was then told for $18+ I could uprade to room closer to casino. I declined. Was then given vague directions to building room was in. Building really run down. Room was worse than Motel 6 as air conditioner made horrible noise. Next morning we went to check out arcade. Sign said closed 'till 3pm. Wouldn't have been able to go previous day because it was closed Monday. Never staying here again."

"I really enjoyed myself here. The room was clean and I had an interior room with a pool view close to the office. I had a fridge, microwave, tv, a desk, chair, 2 beds, heater and air conditioning, soft towels, plenty of storage and lighting, as well as outlets on the walls, lamps, desk and nightstand, and I appreciated the way they did their sheets. Flat sheet, warm brown blanket and then another flat sheet on top. It was really comfortable. I felt safe at night as the facility is well lit. I liked how the property doesn't allow outside visitors/not open to the public and that they are strict on parking. It all adds to me feeling safe. The location is close to downtown and the airport. It made ubering and door dashing a breeze. There is coffee in the office in the morning and best of all, the wifi was super fast and reliable for my college classes. Definitely recommend, love the remodel and effort from the staff. After checking in the front desk called my room and checked on me. It was really nice. Thank you! "
