"This place truly lives up to its name! The breakfast selection was AMAZING for a hotel of this size and price! This place is a hidden gem in Reno! I do wish it’ll expand bigger and have more locations! The staffs here were all so kind and accommodating, and so lovely! Their communication with us was great! Hotel was in a safe area and there are a lot of free parking on their lot. "

"the gal that helped us checking in was same gal that checked us out. she seemed like she didn't care about much. the room with a view included cinder blocks a ladder, traffic cones and bicycle. the room was clean."

"First of all, we were booked and put in a smoking room, I’m guessing because we booked through Expedia. We had 2 rooms and they were both booked as smoking. Multiple calls were just met with no non-smoking rooms are available. One whole day we had to experience a jack hammer or air hammer breaking of concrete in the room above us. This went on for 8 hours. Couldn’t stay in the room. Calling the desk resulted in we’re at full capacity and can’t move you, and are unable to refund room charges because of Expedia. Room condition was below average with quite a few items in disrepair, notably shower control handle was broken and dangling. We went for the national bowling tournament but probably won’t again due to these hotel conditions. "
