"Hosts are friendly and gracious. Rooms are big and well furnished. Breakfasts are delicious and stylishly presented. We also enjoyed the parting gifts of fruits grown from their field. That is a very touching gesture. The only thing I can suggest to improve is to add some seats/chairs and a table to the balcony."

"This hotel was a real gem. The food at the restaurant is really delicious! The staff is really nice. I highly recommend if you’re going to the Taroko Gorge. (As of this writing, the gorge is still undergoing repair, but we were still able to visit with a guide). "

"We had a wonderful time here! The room was large and comfortable for a family of four. We liked the quirky bird decorations and had fun identifying the native ones we have seen. I loved the balcony with an ocean view and the rooftop a for a more 360 degree view. It was our first time to Hualien area and loved the quiet and peaceful road this hotel was located on. The owner was so helpful and generous. We enjoyed the Taiwanese breakfast buffet, especially the radish cakes! Definitely will return....
