"This place was amazing! They went above and beyond to make things special while I was here proposing to my now fiancé. They had every amenity you could think of, and even ones that you couldn't (ie. a mini taxi to take you to/from the hotel and train station at no cost). Also, everything was in walking distance. With complete honesty, we will be coming back to stay at this place many more times!"

The onsite parking was a huge plus, especially since we were traveling by car, and the location near the train station was extremely convenient. "This hotel was AMAZING! The staff were very friendly and responsive. Their breakfast was plentiful and delightful. They even offered mimosas! A free complimentary glass of wine at your first dining with them was also much appreciated. We had to leave very early in the morning, and the receptionist immediately saw to it that we were provided with take away lunches since we would miss out on their wonderful breakfasts! Totally unexpected and definitely a cut above the rest! I can't recommend this enough! Supurb!!! :)"

"when I searched for a hotel in Zermatt they came up as they are in Zermatt. When we got to Zermatt and call the hotel they told us they are 2 and 1/2 hours away. we got stock in Zermatt in the cold. They were very rude and didnt help us and charged us full amount. worst travel experience ever"

"The clerks were very welcoming and pleasant. Check in was done with a smile comfortably sitting outside on the balcony with a drink. The room assigned to this old guest had a beautiful bathroom but the tub was not practical for me. I was immediately transferred to an equally beautiful room with a balcony with a splendid view of the mountain range AND a very nice walk-in shower. I loved the friendliness and the majestic mountains. Chandolin boutique hotel exceeded my expectations."
