The staff are wonderful: warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, which makes the stay even more special. The location is also perfect - right in the center of Jena, making everything easily accessible. "Das Hotel sieht von außen nicht sehr einladend aus, aber ist innen schön und neuwertig gestaltet. Für ein SPA-Hotel erwarte ich eigentlich, das Bademantel und Schlappen im Zimmer sind. Der Bademantel konnte jedoch für eine Leihgebühr von 8€ an der Rezeption geholt werden. Pappschlappen gab es nicht. "
