Auch wenn das Hotel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, befindet es sich in einem ordentlichen und vor allem Dingen sehr sauberen Zustand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war ebenfalls sehr gut. Gefreut hat uns auch die Tatsache, dass im Zimmerpreis die Nutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in Jena beinhaltet war.

Besonders an der Bar sehr freundliche Bedienung. Frühstück reichlich und gute Auswahl! Zimmer nicht unbedingt 4Sterne würdig. 2 Zimmer mit Verbindungstür für 3 Personen genutzt --> Waschbecken IM ZIMMER - sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. 2x um Reparatur des Seifespenders gebeten - erst am 3.Tag behoben. Balkon ohne Möbel... nebenan nutzen Raucher diesen ausgiebig, dafür unangenehme Luft im Zimmer. Der Ausblick Richtung Osten entschädigte etwas. Anbindung in die Stadt mit Bus und Bahn prima! Naheliegend Abendessen beim Griechen empfehlenswert.

Værelset lugtede af sur tobak

Værelset lugtede forfærdeligt af sur tobak. Alt var slidt og utiltalende Bruseforhænget lugtede af gammel mug Personalet i aften-restauranten var uhøflige og aldeles træt af kunder. En kvindelig ansat skældte os decideret ud på tysk, fordi vi tog vores øl med ud i gårdhaven -> uden først at have informeret hende - vi havde betalt - men det passede absolut ikke damen, at vi ville sidde udenfor. Receptionen var nogenlunde, men de var bestemt heller ikke begejstrede for kunder. Hvordan hotellet kan have 4 stjerner er virkeligt en gåde - så skal det lige være for morgenmaden som var super - kaffen var god. Vi kommer i hvert fald aldrig igen.

Warm, hell, laut

Standard Hotel, ziemlich veraltet, es wurde super warm im Zimmer (Außentemperatur <20 Grad) es gibt zwar eine Klimaanlage, die ist allerdings so laut, als würde man direkt auf einer Baustelle schlafen. Da musste man schon die Balkontür auf haben, dadurch war es laut durch Autogeräusche und es war so hell, dass die Nacht dann auch schnell zu Ende war.
