"They had some nice amenities for a family of 5 with 3 little kids. They give you beach chairs and beach towels. Free breakfast, fresh baked cookies at 8pm, happy hour wine and cheese. Outdoor pool, small but great for kids. It’s a simple but cute motel. Front desk staff were very friendly. It’s in a great location, we did a 4 night stay. It was nice to be able to walk to everything and of course free parking. The rides are almost too close lol First time visiting Rehoboth, we would stay here again!"

"Location location location. You can not beat parking in the lot and having a pool to jump in and out of coming off the beach. Everything is walkable and there's direct boardwalk access. Room was adequate; other reviews say its loud but i was on the first floor and we had no problems."

"We had a wonderful stay at Oceanus! The motel is extremely clean, comfortable, and just a five minute walk from the beach. It’s also right around the corner from the main street, with tons of restaurants and shops, so we parked our car when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left. The room had a mini fridge and microwave, and the small pool was perfect for us. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early because our room was ready and were also happy to let us leave our car for an hour after checkout. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!"
