"The Henlopen is right on the boardwalk. Within one minute you're on the beach and a quick ten minute boardwalk stroll to the center of town. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view from our oceanfront balcony was as good as it could get. We watched the sun rise over the crashing waves almost every morning. As I see it, the only downside for this hotel might be that there's no pool. However, we didn't really miss it. For its location and cleanliness, we were very pleased with our stay at the Henlopen. "

"Very clean (eccwpt for a black long hair in the shower). Climate control worked well with manual control. There should habe been a channel list for the tv. But i had no major issues i think for A $40 dog fee they should've provided some thing for dogs such as a dog mat to sleep on and a dog tray or mat for the water and food bowls to go on the floor that was strange. First dog friendly hotel I've been in without such canine extras. Breakdown was Plentiful and nicely organized and prepared. "

"This is a nice hotel that sits conveniently on the boardwalk and right across from the ocean. My room was in the North tower without an ocean view this was because I booked last minute. Being on this side of the hotel was not bad since we were only a few minutes of walking distance from the boardwalk and the beach. Customer service was also great! I will return back probably off-season to grab up a nice Ocean view room!"
