"Reluctant to write a negative review but, sadly, this motel merits a poor rating. A kind description would be rustic, an honest appraisal would be shoddy and poorly maintained. The room smelt musty, there was mould around cracked tiles in the bathroom, the windows had that hazy look of ingrained dust and grime, the bedroom carpet was ancient & stained and the fabric on the corners of the bed was ripped. We came too early for check in and were hoping we could just sit in the restaurant and wait but the hotel (male) staff SHOUTED at us from the balcony (even before we had come inside) that we are too early and “IT’S NOT OKAY” and waved us away.
