"We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City and overall had a good experience. We had a super early flight coming in, so being able to check in early was a huge plus and definitely appreciated. The property itself is beautiful—very clean, well-kept, and just a really nice overall vibe. The rooftop pool is gorgeous and a standout feature of the hotel. The only downside for us was the no-drinking policy at the pool. That’s something we usually enjoy when traveling, so it just didn’t align with the kind of experience we typically look for. We also had to call for room service to come clean our room after being out for most of the day, which was a bit inconvenient. Aside from that, the hotel is truly stunning, and the stay was solid overall."

"Great staff, rooms feel dated. Bathroom was very stuffy and room had a dusty smell. Elevator was ancient, and food was okay. Staff was fantastic however. If you're in town, it's a great place to stay if you want little surprises."
