"My bathroom had mold on the ceiling on 2 shower panels. The whole hotel room smelled musky and damp. Unfortunately I didn’t discover the source of smell until late in the evening so didn’t ask to switch rooms. And again unfortunately, I had prepaid so got no compensation."
