"Right from checking in this experience was poor. Received my keys, they didn’t work. Came back to see my travel buddy wait listed with no rooms available. We booked and paid at the same time. Front desk person was frazzled and was calling manager on her day off to help. She walked me to my room to let me in, she didn’t know how to activate the card key. My room was not fully cleaned. Dirty dishes, sticky floors and missing amenities. Manager arrived an hour later and sorted my friend’s room and gave me new card key but only one because they were low on keys. Next day, I came back around 9pm and my key card didn’t work and no one on site to help me out. I walked around for half an hour trying to find a phone number to call for emergencies since clearly no one was around to answer the front desk phone. I got lucky and found manager to fix my key card and this time I got two cards. Other friends were not so lucky who came later with a similar issue of key cards and no answer to emergency number. They spent the night in their car. My fridge was broken and all the groceries and food I bought went to waste. I was told that another room complained about a fridge not working and they swapped fridges with my room just before I arrived. The concept of this place is good. I was staying for several days and liked the idea of cooking my own food but this was not possible between broken fridge, dirty dishes, no pots and pans… so much potential."

"Breakfast was extra and it looked like the regular free breakfast at other IHG hotels. So we got back on the road and had breakfast elsewhere."

"Staff was kind and accommodating. My room was spacious but the bed was very firm which made it hard to sleep. I also noticed some kind of stain on my bedding (looked like blood), which was not good. "

"Breakfast was ok. Could be freshly made. Need fruits. Room cleanliness was ok could be cleaner. Overall painting is needed. Staff not so friendly. Towels enough for guests are needed. We were given 2 towels, washcloths and a bath mat for 4 people. When asked for more we were told they didn't keep extra on hand."
