"I’m not sure if they have new owners but the entire place was under construction for renovations. The rooms didn’t even have numbers on them. The numbers were on blue tape on the doors. There was stuff everywhere when checking in. Not very welcoming. I wish there would’ve been an option when booking to let me know it was under construction. We had the end room next to the stairs and the workers were in and out of the door all night letting the door close on its own which was loud along with all of them walking back and forth all night. So I didn’t get any sleep. It wasn’t comfortable and was not a great experience. The A/C in our room also never got cold even when turning it all the way down to 60/auto and it was 90 degrees in Texas over the weekend. Internet and cable were provided but the tv channels did not come through clear. I had to use the washer & dryer while there and there was only 1 of each. And the breakfast included the next morning was limited and the waffle mix did not taste good. Everything was clean in the room (looked new) and the staff was very nice. "

"I had an amazing stay at the Hilton Garden Inn North Houston Spring! The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they made check-in quick and easy. My room was spacious, quiet, and the bed was super comfortable—I slept really well. I also loved the amenities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness center, which added a nice resort-style feel to the stay. The location was perfect—close to The Woodlands area and convenient to get around, but still quiet and relaxing. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Spring/Houston area!"
