"This place was a disappointment. The photos are dated, the TV was not 35", the bathtub drain would backup 2min into your shower, the mini fridge setting was freeze or heat ruined so much. Oh and the floors were not clean when we arrived nor the 1 time housekeeping came. Stains on the towels & the sheets. The fan worked when it wanted & practically shook itself out of the ceiling. Black moldy spots on bathroom walls."

"My balance on check is supposed to be $3.00. I was charged $9.00 when I viewed my account. I believe I was charged $6.00 for parking and I confirmed on checking my fee for parking was free and only for a second car would be $6.00, which we did not have. Some of the people staying there were sketchy and it reeked of marijuana all day and night."

"This property was excellent for our needs. My son was working to set up Beach Life festival at Redondo Beach pier. It was close, convenient, safe & comfortable. Morning breakfast was good. Phuket Thai next door was great for dinner."

"The location of this property is second to none . We stayed in 202 overlooking the beach The beds and bedding were beautiful . Jay was extremely kind and helpful, moving cars to allow us to park . We would stay here again ."

"We booked online through Expedia and paid about $540/nt. I assumed this high rate was due to the proximity to the music fest we were attending but while talking with some other guests we found that they had only paid about $225/nt. The location was excellent. Very convenient to restaurants and the beach. Thr room was very clean but smelled of cleaning chemicals. Kind of like an old motel. We asked for a quiet room due to the music fest across the street and they moved us as far away from the venue as they could however the ice machine was right outside our door and made a lot of noise when people were getting ice at night. Not a huge deal though. 2hrs of free bike rental per day was a definite plus. The lighting in the bathroom wasn't bright enough for me to see to shave."
