"Thanks very much, Bella, for accommodating our early check-in request. Thanks also, Alexis, for your help. Housekeeping 👍👍 Good-enough location, close to link, bus lines, monorail, and HOHO stop at the library. Nothing in ground level except for only one working elevator that takes forever bec, well, the only one! So, long wait and crowded."

"The room was clean and perfect for our one night stay. The fridge did not cool but that was not a huge deal to us. There are lots of things to do if you are comfortable walking. 10/10 Excellent
"Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone considering a stay. Check-in was smooth, the room was clean, and while it was a bit small, it was still comfortable. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and very polite—even going out of their way to open the door for guests at the entrance. The only downside was that only one elevator was working during the stay, which was an inconvenience and resulted in longer waits. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again."
