"The hotel is not being maintained. The woodwork is damaged and not painted. The coffee maker was unusable. The pillows were lumpy and old . The shower curtain was ready to fall off. The light switches and electrical outlets were old and dirty."

"Check-in took 45 minutes from when I got to the counter. Staff didn’t know how to retrieve my reservation which was booked through Expedia. Then they didn’t know how to make a room key, because they were unable to log into their computer program. The room itself was fine, but with the location so close to the highway, there was incredibly loud traffic noise all night. I would avoid this hotel "

For example, morning coffee was promised in the lobby, but there wasn't any. Guests had to go to the restaurant and stand around and wait. The hotel is modern and beautiful and in a lovely location.
