After you book on Expedia, this property will hold an additional $100.00 "deposit". I got in at midnight and they spring that fee on me. I paid it but they said they didn't receive the payment "on our end" even though it had come out of my account under BEST WESTERN in my banking app. So they made me pay the $100. 00 fee AGAIN or they said I would have to find somewhere else to stay. Scary and disgusting If I knew I would be shelling out over 300.00 I wouldn't have been staying at this wet dog and pennies smelling rot hole.

The room was clean and ready. The bed was comfortable, but we were happy we brought our own pillows. This motel is at the north end of town, and there were really no dinner options without driving back into town, in the dark and the rain. As we were going north, it was nice in the morning to grab breakfast (provided) and hit the freeway without having to go back through town.

The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy although they demanded $100 incidental fee which was surprising and then told me it would be credited back to my account after three days. The breakfast was OK. The carpeting to and from the elevator was very dirty., during checkout and asking for a receipt the receptionist told me she could not print me a receipt since I booked on a third-party website. That was strange because I booked a hotel off of the same website the day before and that hotel was able to print me a receipt for my reservation. I would think since I was in the system and had a reservation it would be pretty easy to print a receipt, she alsorre seemed impatient, ordering on rude w asked for the receipt

Room very clean, and we were put in a quiet room away from a lot of foot traffic, elevator, stairs etc. Any questions we had were answered most pleasantly and efficiently. We will definitely stay there again, and hope that the two reception ladies are the same when we do. They were so upbeat and eager to make our stay pleasurable.

Person at front desk did not want to be there. Didn’t smile, barely spoke, was hard to hear. The parking lot had a HUGE hole in the asphalt by the back of the building and was difficult to see-surprised it didn’t bend my front wheel rim. The outside of the hotel looks like a prison-bars everywhere. There was an alarm/beeping noise in the hallway outside my room door- like the one you hear when your smoke detector needs the battery replaced. Woke me up at about 2:20 am. Was still making the same noise when I checked out at 6:15. Notified front desk-no response. Terrible room, terrible front desk and terrible location. I’m embarrassed (for Best Western) that they would put their name on such a place.
