"We recently stayed at Alkasr Sahl Hasheesh and had a great experience overall. The hotel is still quite new, so everything feels very modern, fresh, and clean. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The food quality was very good for an all inclusive resort, with a good variety and several restaurants to choose from. The beach is large, clean, and very relaxing. The gym was another highlight — well equipped with a great range of machines. A special thank you to Martena at the gym who was always very helpful. What really stood out most was the staff. Everyone was extremely attentive and genuinely did their best to resolve any issues quickly and make sure guests were comfortable and enjoying their stay. Special mentions to: • Yasser, the food director • Mahmoud supervisor in flavors restaurant • Atef, who looked after our room every day • David and the whole reception and reception bar team Their service and friendliness really made a difference. The only small improvement would be for the pools to be a little warmer, but overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Pools ok. Lot of leaves and bits on surface of pool but it is quite windy there so hard to keep on top of all the dust etc blowing in. The drinks at the big pool bar were very nice but we did not try the smaller pool as no beds available usually. "The food is very good, abundant and large variety. We spent majority of time in main dining room and the beach restaurant for lunch, to stay close to the beach. The animation team were fun and dynamic. Facility is clean. The front desk seemed chaotic and disorganized. Initial check in was uninformative about the resort and amenities. We had to inquire for a map and figure it out. No introduction about the facility. Other than the initial reception, everything was great!"

Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The entire hotel has such a calm, tranquil atmosphere it honestly felt therapeutic just being there. The food was also excellent, with great variety and quality across the restaurants. Everything felt high-end and thoughtfully prepared. And one of my favorite little touches the pillow menu! Being able to choose from different pillows to suit your comfort was such a unique and luxurious detail. It’s those small things that really set this hotel apart. "This wasn’t my first stay at this resort, but this time I experienced some check‑in complications due to technical issues with my reservation—problems that were beyond the reception staff’s control and caused a delay. That said, the staff went above and beyond to make my family and me comfortable while we waited. They insisted on serving us lunch and light refreshments even before my reservation was officially confirmed. I want to especially acknowledge the professionalism and courtesy of the reception team, particularly an employee named Sayed, who took extraordinary steps to resolve an issue he couldn’t control. This resort consistently shows the value of investing in respectful, patient, and wonderful staff—people who can absorb any guest frustration caused by technical glitches beyond their reach. Thanks to their warm hospitality and attentive care, what could have been an annoying booking problem turned into a truly wonderful experience, reaffirming my belief that this resort is an unparalleled destination in every way."
