"There was construction going on outside for the stairwell that we weren’t aware of ahead of time, but it didn’t cause any issues for us personally. We were up on a hill in sapphire villas and not right on the beach in the crystal cove condos or villas, but it was just a short walk or drive around the allotment to get to the beach area. Nothing major. Was also not aware that we could not utilize the beach loungers being guests at Sapphire villas, we were informed that the loungers were for Crystal Cove owners or guests only, but we could rent them. We chose to save our money and just sit on the beach on our towels, but it would have been nice if the guests at Sapphire were also included in being able to use the beach loungers. All in all,, we had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, cozy, accommodating, and had a fully functional kitchen with all needed cookware, utensils, silverware, bowls, plates, cups… everything! This was exactly what we wanted since we were staying for 6 days and wanted to save on the cost of eating out every day. We bought our own groceries and cooked some of our own meals while here which definitely allowed us to stay on budget, not have to spend as much eating out, and use our vacation money for other fun stuff! 👌 We had a nice spacious balcony also with a beautiful view of the ocean! Laundry facilities a plus! The pool area is awesome, and Sudi’s Caribbean bar/grille was a cool spot right off the pool area with yummy food!"

"Easy to get to from the airport, then start you vacation the next morning. Great beach and food. Waiters and bartenders were also good but the room needed a little refreshing. Been coming here for many years and the rooms haven’t changed. . Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly!"

"I’ve been to the island numerous times but for some reason hadn’t came across Crystal Cove.. With nicely as the location is, how the place is structured & friendly and helpful as the staff is, I will definitely stay again if not make this my go to stay on every St. Thomas visit"
