"The receptionist was rude, the walls in the bathroom weren’t clean the smoke alarm was broken and the rooms hadn’t been cleaned the next day so very disappointing as I have always stayed there"

"The location was fine, nice and quiet, the 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, but was totally in need of refurbishment. The shower dripped constantly."

"We had a comfortable stay - the room was clean and spacious for 3 of us. The aircon worked, but the vents didn’t open so it took a while. It’s in a beautiful setting with a great view from the bar at sunset, and very close to the Canyon walks which were the highlight of our stay. Only downside was the lunch and dinner meals which were disappointing. Breakfast buffet had a good range."
