Reception was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bed was firm (which in prefer). Had no issues with security and despite no enclosed parking lot, our car was safe (we also did not leave any valuables in vehicle). Would choose to stay here, again.

The Lassetters hotel is located in a good, quiet location in Alice springs next to the Gap and Todd River. It’s easy to find and located within 5 minutes drive of most places in Alice Springs. The casino was very quiet, even on the weekends. The pool area was lovely but not supervised or monitored so there were cases where kids were a bit loud and unruly. The bar area is wonderful and had indoor and out door seating. Food was mediocre there. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and had a great variety. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful, but I had to wait several times for assistance. There is a nice washer annd dryer anrea too which is a plus. Overall, a great location, great food, nice staff, decent clean room but the outside exterior really needs updating (it’s tidy and clean but looks dated). Inner court yard areas and pool areas are all really nice!
