"The room was pleasant, try and ask for a room with a window. very hot water and great water pressure. laundry was offered for a reasonable (s/4) rate for a load."

"The place is big and comfortable, the shower is perfect - hot with good pressure. Breakfast is good - eggs, bread and jam, coca tea, coffee and juice. The staff are great and knowledgeable about tours and can arrange them for you . The only negative is that there are many neighbourhood dogs which are so noisy barking all night that I couldn't sleep well. Bring earplugs. The hotel is highly recommended."

"Hotel Santa Cruz in Huaraz is the best hotel in town! I booked a mountain view room for 4 nights and was treated to wonderful panoramic views of Huascaran and the rest of the Blancas every morning.
