Unfortunately they couldn't honour our full booking due to the person in charge having an emergency but let us stay the first night as it was late in the evening. The price was different to what was booked on hotels.com and there wasn't the stated free breakfast. Maybe this was because the person in charge wasn't there. It was very cold due to the building not being fully enclosed. I can't comment on the trips etc which was the main reason we had booked here due to the good reviews.

Les services annoncés n' Y sont pas. Ils annoncent un petit déjeuner mais il n'y en a pas. De plus, l'éclairage est absent à la tombée de la nuit et c' est périlleux descendre au rez-de-chaussée. Ils sont sensés vendre de la bière et de l' eau mais non. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit. À éviter.

Increadable help with hiking, climbing tips. Referred is friend Michel as a mountain guide. All the other guests were nature and mountain enthusiasts. Perfect location as less crowdy/noisy than downtown but close enough (20 min walk to center). I will comeback for sure on next cordillera blanca trip.
