Do not book with this company. It’s a bait and switch scam. They wanted me to pay again when I arrived at the lobby’s reception even though I had already paid via expedia because they claimed that what I paid was a deposit. The listing made no mention of this nor any of the emails I received. I decided to cancel rather than pay anything else to these thieves, and was told I would be reimbursed the full amount of the reservation. It’s been over 24 hrs now and after contacting expedia, I received an email stating that the company is refusing to honor the refund. I will definitely file a billing dispute with my credit card.
