Expectativa Atendida.

No geral foi uma estada excelente. Recomendamos só a melhoria na largura de uma prateleira de madeira afixada acima de uma outra em mármore, na parede, que causou batidas em nossas cabeças. Incluir a sinalização de temperatura dos acionadores do chuveiro e uma trava de segurança interna na porta principal, que é apenas trancada com uma simples fechadura e chave comum. Funcionários gentis e atenciosos. Bom Café da manhã. Localização excelente. Obrigada!!

Excelente atendimento, café da manhã ótimo, área da piscina limpa. Só uma observação, no meu quarto encontrei duas baratas, uma no banheiro e outra perto da cabeceira. Informei a recepção e eles mandaram um colaborador até o quarto; pensei que eles iriam trocar de quarto ou pelo menos colocar algum inseticida, mas a colaboradora só fez tirar a barata que eu já tinha matado. Fora isso as demais coisas correram dentro do esperado.

Boa experiência! O hotel é simples, recepção boa, check-in rápido, não entrei logo, pois cheguei cedo, atendimento bom no primeiro contato, qdo retornei a tarde para entrar no quarto, tive que dar boa tarde pela segunda vez em tom de voz alto, pois 5 funcionários conversavam entre eles sem dar atenção ao hóspede, eles perceberam minha ação e se tocaram. São dezenas de coisas a serem melhoradas: o horário de check-in para o check-out são de 4h, absurdo, não sofri pq fiz antes e fui a praia e voltei as 4h e na saída que seria de 11h, sair de 11:50h e não falaram nada, nunca vi sair antes de 12h. O quarto de casal é pequeno, mas atende bem, tem varanda com cadeiras e mesa, chuveiro melhor que já vi, tudo limpo, cama boa ,porém eram 2 de solteiro abrindo no movimento do casal kkk, mas não liguei, pois só passei 1 dia, mas não era muito legal, iluminação ok, cortina muito clara, não veda a claridade, tv ótima, toalhas e lençóis bons, ar ótimo, café da manhã bom e área espaçosa, área e piscina boa com mesas e cadeiras e bom chuveirão. Precisa de uma boa reforma, treinamento dos funcionários e um pouco mais de organização. Ponto positivo: chuveiro, ar, café da manhã, piscina, localização e preço de acordo com que oferece, podendo ainda ser mais barato até que melhore. Gostei, acho que volto e recomendo!
