"The rooms were nice and clean. When arrived to check in I advised them we had already paid in full. The guy that checked us in was wearing a mask very unprofessional on explaining the changes all that was said was accidentally didn’t say an amount. When asked he just kept repeating accidental. they ended up charging me again for another room when I had already booked and paid in full ahead of the. And they continued charging me. When asked about it the manager Lewis said he would resolve the problem and get back with me the next day. He still has not, but continues to charge small amounts. When I contact property to talk with Lewis he’s never in. "

"Ac unit was loud. Parking is trash. Plus an additional$12 for parking!? When you can’t even park near your room!? Paying $12 to park IN the hotel parking lot is stupid. Just add $15 to your over all price. Also, the HOLD they put on your card ($150) in addition to the room!? What a joke. Total was$350, and I had to wait 3 days for the bank to “release” the hold. I will never stay there again. "

"Close to ABQ airport. Did not use amenities because the lobby's alarm was malfunctioning. It was loud and had been reported when I checked in. It was still on when I checked out. The alarm is a health hazard to your staff."

"The hotel was being renovated my room and the lobby were in great condition. The staff were super friendly and helpful all 3 days of my stay the pool was closed and the TV in my room didn't work they were having some technical difficulty with the WiFi system they were using also the ice machine broke the night before my dep arure. But it was nice and clean I would stay again especially if they get the renovation completed and the kinks worked out."
