Staff friendly and helpful. Room was older but clean, no issues. Quiet. Breakfast area was clean and nicely laid out, but was missing any fruit or protein options.

For the price this is the best place. I’ve stayed at in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was incredible and my pet got to stay for free!

Hotel is great but the area surrounding the hotel has a lot of wandering drug addict homeless people

There was a big group of homeless people as we entered the gate. The staff said they don’t have security during the balloon Festival! The paint is peeling on the whole building. You can see the dust on all the curtains from the outside and many of the curtains have missing hooks. We could hear yelling outside all night. It was not a good experience.

The red roof inns look worn from the outside but at least in Tucson and Albuquerque the rooms are renovated and very nice and clean. The pet friendly policy is a huge plus. They are not always in the best areas but the security seems adequate. The Renovated rooms are a great value for the price.
