"The hotel is in the centre of the old town. Was ideal for access to all the Christmas markets. As well as lots of shops and many places to eat and drink. Access to public transport was easy with bus stops and taxi rank all in a short distance. The hotel was lovely, we stayed in a large room right at the top which had views of the mountains. Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Breakfast each morning was a selection of buffet and food cooked to order all was of great quality. We also had an evening meal which was very good. Would highly recommend."

"Very nice and helpful staff and amenities (lounges, garden, bar/restaurant, prosecco, tea, fruit, candy, chocolate at desk). In a nice location between the train station and the downtown. We didn't do the Innsbrucker card because we booked thing in advance but they could help with that. Very nice place to spend a quick night of our honeymoon - we loved the whole city and it's experiences(Nordkette and alswarovski). "

"A wonderful hotel located in the heart of the old city, close to everything. We had a very spacious clean room with lots of character on the top floor. A sofa made it extra cozy. The bed was super comfortable. We would hear church bell and see the mountains from the window which was priceless. The staff is very helpful and friendly, made us feel welcomed from the beginning to the end. One of the most memorable hotels we have ever stayed anywhere. Can't wait to go back!!! "
