Once we got to our location (very peaceful and beautiful countryside property), we drove through the automated gate, and Mariella met us at our car. Check in was very quick, we were shown our room which is found in a beautiful house, where everything is new and very clean! We were given our room keys and keys to the gate. "Anna is so incredibly helpful. She goes the extra mile with a smile. Breakfast is a pleasant dining experience. The hostess is kind and attentive. The décor is cool and modern and fresh. There was whqr appearwd to be a repaored leak which left a mark in our room. Great rain shower! Walkable to everywhere in Assisi. Picturesque. I want to return already. The only things are: 99% of the TV cable is Italian, all streaming requirments with an account, the Annex suites do feel far away from the main hotel and we didn't have an iron ready and had to request one."
