There is a lip when trying to get in the pool that can be dangerous because it is about 1/2 inch step up and we saw many stub their toes on it, including myself. The dust in the main area was a lot on the lamps and shelves that weren't used often. The staff was great but there were several areas that needed attention for cleaning. "

"We had two rooms and both had old food in the refrigerators. No microwave in rooms. We had asked for at least one. Both bathroom sinks were clogged. But the heated outdoor pool was fabulous and makes everything else easy to live with! "

"Family suite was so nice! Pool is warm and hot tib is very hot. Love the lil box breakfast choices. Kids loved it. Air hockey in the arcade is fun! Close to stores! We didn’t get a beach view but it was alright. "

"Room was not very clean. There was someone else’s shirt in a corner, hair on the bed, and the bathroom drain was extremely slow to drain. "

"I arrived late, front desk was very accommodating. We asked for suggestions to get pizza since the restaurant was closing. The front desk told us to go talk to them. Kitchen was closing in 5 minutes but they made our pizza and wings without any complaints. Food was hot and delicious. This resort has wonderful views of the Bay, friendly staff and great food… "
