"We had an absolutely amazing experience at Kaani Grand View! The hospitality here is truly unmatched. From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of with such warmth and professionalism. A special mention to Tiger, who received us at the port and escorted us to the hotel — he’s truly a gem of a person! Always available, always helpful, and genuinely caring. He set such a high standard of hospitality that it’s hard to imagine anything better. The restaurant team was equally wonderful — every attendant especially Asih greeted us with a smile and made dining a pleasure. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making our stay even more relaxing. We honestly did not want to leave! "Food was amazing, but the same food every day, except for one BBQ day. The room was excellent with a spectacular view of the sea and birds chirping. There was no problem with the internet, but there were times when there was no signal. Overall, I recommend everyone to stay, and the employees treat customers with the same level of class as the customers treat them."
