Staff not around most of the time, it's run by minimal staff therefore no service. AC barely works and no hotwater. Generally clean but manager willing to help provide support when asked. Ok for the price you pay.

Lovely little hotel - shame we were not collected

Nice hotel. Good sized room with fridge and kettle. Cups, tea, coffee not provided no tv in our room as it was broken but the Wi-Fi was good enough to stream from. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast basic but edible. Let down by a failure of anyone to meet us at airport for the transfer as arranged. Instead we made our own way from Male using private ferry and then walked.

It’s a very nice place to stay. Specially the staffs are super. Their hospitality made our trip so memorable. All those staffs are polite, helpful and professional. Specially Mr. Sajol, Mr. Emdad and Mr. Gulzar during our stay, helped us to get resort trip and ocean trip so convenient. Also arranged airport transportation so reasonable and helped to drop our baggage at the speed boat point in very early morning. I definitely book this hotel again and recommend my friends and relatives to visit Nala Island not only for the good hotel itself but also for enjoy the staff’s hospitality. Thank you Nala Island.

Property itself was very satisfactory. TV did not work. The door to the room is full glass with a curtain so privacy not great. Ensuite fine. Air conditioning worked. Bed linen / towels worn out. The first room I was offered had no window except the fully glass door so I asked for an alternative. The property is surrounded by noisy building works. on the plus side the property is in close proximity to the beach and other hotels and restaurants.

I visited Maafushi with my family, we had a good stay at this resort. The staff was friendly and very helpful. We are vegetarians, they took care to serve us breakfast as per our needs. Totally recommended for budget travelers.

Friendly and helpful staff. The room is clean but starting to wear (tv not working), mould on calking in bathroom. Price was good. Close to shops and beach. Would have appreciated that room be made for several day stay.

Amazing service

I loved my stay at Nala Island. The room was clean and a very good size. Right from my arrival at the jetty Shozol took great care of me and you can tell takes pride in his work. He showed me around the island and made sure I felt at home. Even after checkout, I had a late shuttle to the airport, and he made sure I had access to a shower or anything else I might need during the day. This hotel is great value and I would recommend it to friends and happily stay here again!

Le séjour était convenable. Le point positif est la proximité de la plage et des commerces.Je suis resté 2 nuits est c’est amplement suffisant. L’équipe était génial. Les points négatifs est qu’il n’a pas de fênêtre dans la chambre mais une porte d’entrée avec vis à vis sur une autre chambre. Je pensais qu’il avait une piscine disponible selon l’intitulé. Pas de télévision , ni de paroi de douche.Le petit déjeuner unique servi à table pas forcément qualitatif. Petit déjeuner bruyant car beaucoup de travaux à coté. La disposition fais qu’il y a énormément de mouches ce qui peut être rapidement désagréable lors d’un petit déjeuner. Mais l’équipe de l’hôtel est génial

Simples, mas atendeu todas as nossas expectativas.

Hotel minúsculo, mas bastante simpático - na verdade é mais uma pousada do que um hotel propriamente dito. A primeira impressão não foi das melhores, mas com o passar dos dias, fomos nos acostumando. Na verdade, todo a ilha é bastante simples... nada de luxo. O quarto 204 era bastante simples, mas limpinho.

Boa de modo geral, mas o Wifi caía toda hora (literalmente). O ar condicionado não funcionava direito e o ventilador do quarto não ligava, o que não ajudou com o calor. Além disso, o café da manhã é bem limitado de opções e é servido no prato diretamente, ou seja, não é self service como muitos hoteis.

Value for the money

Service is fantastic, the beds are great, the shower is great, A/C works as it should. Perfect location, near harbour, the beach, stores and restaurant, yet completely quiet at night. The hotel looks dreamy too. Perfect budget place, value for the money. Would totally go again, can recommend.

The friendly environment is actually stunning, the staff will help you with anything you want.. The price is good and the location is near to many resturants and the beach.. All on all perfect place to stay in.. and I would book there again if I have the chance to visit Maafushi in the future

Nice, clean and cozy guest house

Very clean guest house, helpful and service minded staff who always was ready to help. We really enjoyed our time, only bad thing was the fact that it was only the owner who spoke good English and that we felt understood what we were saying and also she was the only one who knew how to handle card payments. A very good guest house for a reasonable price and we would definitely stay again!
